Mark

Javier
Mark Hoosier is the owner of LSHR. He and his wife Susan have a daughter, Emily, and a son, Peter. Javier Mendoza has been with LSHR since 2003 and a Team Leader since 2005. He and his wife, Delia, have a daughter, Vanessa, and two sons, David Eduardo and Javier Jr. In 2009 they will celebrate 20yrs.of marriage.

Rick

Charlie
Rick Graning joined our staff as a Team Leader in 2008. He is a Certified Landscape Manager, and State Certified Chemical Applicator. Juan"Charlie"Mendoza has been with LSHR since 2003. When he is not working he loves being at the beach.
